·	Productivity Benchmarking   The Model Mill™ 4.0 is a computer model based on the continuous improvement program utilized by Cargill Animal Nutrition over the past 25 years.  Used in all Cargill feed plants, as well as many non-Cargill mills worldwide, it supports management by modeling processes of a feed manufacturing plant, including product quality, economic optimization and operational efficiency.
·	Training   Programs have been developed and brought to application in our own business. This training program provides continuous updates to current practices and standards.
·	Preventive Maintenance   A computer software program developed by Cargill animal Nutrition for feed manufacturing facilities. This program reduces repairs and downtime by systematically maintaining a feed plant.
·	Audits   We provide audits to self-check financial performance, human resources and productions.
·	Shrink   Our shrink program includes a comprehensive, worldwide database with mill facilities and production operations similar to yours, noting the world-class standard as well as average shrink for your type and size operation.
·	Certification   Continuing education programs for improvement of employees and plant manager training, pellet mill and mixer certification.
